An informal tour with your little one, so you can meet the team and see the rooms in action.

We learn your child's routines, comforters, favourite songs and the things that make them feel safe.

Two free settling sessions
Short stays with you nearby — usually one hour, then two — to build trust at their pace.

First short day
A half-day with a familiar key person, plenty of cuddles, and photo updates to your phone.

Full days, happy waves
Most children settle within two weeks. We follow your child's lead — never a clock.
